Partner Legal Terms

Partner & Provider Terms

Terms for businesses and tourism providers applying to join, publish listings and receive marketplace bookings through Prague & Beyond.

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These terms are an operational draft. Commercial amounts and payment arrangements are governed by the plan or commission arrangement presented and accepted during onboarding or otherwise agreed with Prague & Beyond. Qualified EU/Czech legal review is recommended before full commercial launch.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Partner & Provider Terms apply to businesses, hosts and tourism service providers that apply to join or use Prague & Beyond as a marketplace partner. By submitting a partner application, accepting an applicable commercial arrangement, publishing listings or using partner marketplace services, the provider agrees to these Terms and any additional terms presented for the applicable plan or service.

2. Eligibility and Business Verification

Providers must submit accurate, current and reasonably complete business and contact information and must have the legal authority and any licences, registrations, permissions or insurance required to offer their services. Prague & Beyond may request reasonable verification information or supporting documents before approving or maintaining a partner account.

Approval is not automatic. Applications may remain pending, require additional information, be rejected, or later be reviewed where verification or compliance concerns arise.

3. Listing Rules

Providers are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate and not misleading. Listings should accurately state the service offered, provider identity, location, price, currency, availability, duration, capacity, inclusions, exclusions, relevant restrictions and cancellation conditions.

Providers must not publish unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, duplicate or materially misleading listings, use content without appropriate rights, or advertise availability they cannot reasonably fulfil. Prague & Beyond may moderate, request corrections to, unpublish or reject listings that do not meet marketplace requirements.

4. Fees, Subscriptions and Commission

Prague & Beyond may offer subscription-based, commission-based, pay-per-sale or other commercial partner arrangements. The applicable fee, commission percentage, billing frequency, currency and other commercial conditions are those presented to and accepted by the provider during plan selection, onboarding or a separately agreed commercial arrangement.

Providers should review the applicable commercial terms before acceptance. Prague & Beyond will not treat a URL parameter or an unconfirmed client-side selection alone as final acceptance of a paid commercial plan.

5. Bookings and Service Fulfilment

Providers are responsible for honouring confirmed bookings allocated to them and for supplying the booked service in accordance with the listing, confirmed booking information and applicable law. Providers must maintain accurate availability and capacity information and promptly address circumstances that may prevent fulfilment.

Providers must not intentionally circumvent the marketplace in relation to transactions where an applicable Prague & Beyond commercial arrangement requires the booking or commission to be processed through the platform.

6. Payouts and Settlement

Where Prague & Beyond collects customer funds for a provider service, the applicable payout method, timing, deductions, commission and settlement conditions will be the arrangements presented for the provider's commercial plan or otherwise agreed with the provider.

Payouts may be delayed where reasonably necessary to investigate refunds, chargebacks, fraud, disputed transactions, incomplete verification, legal requirements or material booking issues. No specific payout period is promised by this page unless separately confirmed in the applicable commercial arrangement.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, Chargebacks and Disputes

Providers must clearly state applicable cancellation and refund conditions for their services and comply with mandatory consumer rights. Responsibility for a refund, cancellation cost, chargeback or disputed transaction will depend on the circumstances, the provider's applicable terms, the accepted commercial arrangement and applicable law.

Providers must reasonably cooperate with Prague & Beyond when evidence or information is required to investigate a booking complaint, refund request, payment dispute or chargeback.

8. Provider Standards and Obligations

Providers must deliver services professionally, lawfully and safely; keep business, listing and availability information current; communicate appropriately with travellers; protect customer information; and maintain any permissions, insurance or qualifications required for their services.

Providers remain responsible for their personnel, subcontractors, premises, equipment and the tourism services they supply.

9. Provider Content and Intellectual Property

Providers retain responsibility for text, photographs, logos and other materials they submit. By submitting content for a listing, the provider confirms that it has the rights necessary to use that content and permits Prague & Beyond to display and technically process it as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the marketplace and the provider's listings.

10. Rejection, Restriction and Suspension

Prague & Beyond may reject an application, request additional information, restrict listings or suspend a partner account where reasonably necessary because of verification concerns, suspected fraud, safety concerns, serious or repeated marketplace-rule breaches, material customer complaints, non-payment of applicable fees, legal requirements or risks to users or the marketplace.

Where appropriate and legally required, the provider will be informed of material restrictions and available steps for clarification or review.

11. Customer Data and Privacy

Providers may use customer information received through Prague & Beyond only as reasonably necessary to manage the relevant enquiry, booking or service and for other lawful purposes for which the provider has an appropriate legal basis. Providers must protect that information and comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Prague & Beyond's handling of partner and verification information is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Provider Responsibility

Independent providers are responsible for the tourism products and services they offer and supply, including the accuracy of their listings and lawful performance of their obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Ending Partner Participation

A provider may request to end its marketplace participation subject to outstanding bookings, payments, refunds, disputes and obligations under its applicable commercial arrangement. Prague & Beyond may terminate or restrict participation where permitted under these Terms, the applicable commercial arrangement or law.

Ending participation does not automatically remove obligations relating to previously confirmed bookings, amounts due, refunds, disputes, customer data or other matters that reasonably survive termination.

14. Changes to Partner Terms

These Terms may be updated as marketplace functionality, commercial models or legal requirements develop. The current version will be published with its revision date. Where appropriate, material changes affecting existing partners may be communicated through the platform or another suitable method.

15. Partner Support
