Traveller Terms of Use

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to travellers and other customer users of Prague & Beyond. By creating or using an account, making a booking, or using customer-facing marketplace services, you agree to follow these Terms together with any terms or policies specifically presented for the relevant booking or service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create a traveller account or make a booking through the platform.

2. Traveller Accounts

You must provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete when creating or using an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Please contact Prague & Beyond promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Prague & Beyond as a Marketplace

Prague & Beyond, operated by MAAF FACILITY SERVICES LIMITED, is a tourism marketplace that connects travellers with independent tourism businesses, hosts and service providers.

Who you are booking with: Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, your contract for the tour, experience, stay or other tourism service is with the individual business or provider identified on the relevant listing. That provider is the supplier of the booked service and is responsible for delivering it in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.

Prague & Beyond provides the marketplace and facilitates discovery, booking and, where enabled, payment processing. Prague & Beyond is not the supplier of the booked tourism service unless the relevant listing expressly identifies Prague & Beyond or MAAF FACILITY SERVICES LIMITED as the service provider.

4. Listings, Information and Availability

We aim to present marketplace information clearly, but listing details may originate from participating providers and may change. Travellers should review the current listing details, provider information, price, date, guest requirements, inclusions, exclusions and applicable cancellation conditions before completing a booking.

A listing being visible on the platform does not by itself guarantee availability for a particular date or number of guests. Availability should be treated as confirmed only through the platform's applicable booking process.

5. Bookings

When booking functionality is available, you must provide accurate booking information, including the correct date, number of travellers and any information reasonably required for the selected service.

A booking is not confirmed merely because a checkout process has been started. Confirmation depends on the booking status shown by the platform and, where applicable, successful payment processing. A booking reference or confirmation should be retained for support purposes.

6. Prices and Payments

Prices, currencies and applicable charges should be displayed before payment. Where online payments are enabled, payment may be processed through a specialist third-party payment processor. The payment provider may apply its own terms, security procedures and privacy practices.

Do not send full payment-card details through support messages, AI chat or other informal communication channels.

7. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rights may differ between services and providers. The rules applicable to a booking should be displayed before checkout or otherwise communicated as part of the booking terms.

Any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights available under applicable law continue to apply. Where a cancellation request is supported through the platform, submitting a request does not by itself mean that a refund has been approved or processed.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Prague & Beyond. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, administrative systems or private data; interfere with platform security; submit malicious code; abuse automated features; impersonate another person or business; make fraudulent bookings; or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Automated scraping, excessive automated requests or attempts to bypass technical protections may be restricted where necessary to protect the marketplace and its users.

9. AI Travel Assistant

Prague & Beyond may provide an AI-powered assistant for travel planning, tourism information and marketplace guidance. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and should not be treated as confirmation of a booking, payment, live availability, exact price, cancellation right or provider commitment.

Transaction-specific information should be confirmed through the relevant listing, booking flow, provider or Prague & Beyond support. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information through the AI assistant.

10. Intellectual Property and Platform Content

The Prague & Beyond name, platform design, software and original marketplace content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Provider-supplied listing text, photographs, trademarks and other materials may belong to the relevant provider or rights holder.

You may use the platform for personal travel and marketplace purposes, but you must not reproduce, commercially exploit or falsely claim ownership of protected platform or provider content except where permitted by law or authorised by the relevant rights holder.

11. Account Restrictions and Suspension

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected fraud or security incidents, address serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, comply with legal requirements, or protect the integrity of the marketplace.

Where appropriate and legally required, users will be given relevant information about material account restrictions and available support options.

12. Responsibility and Service Limitations

Prague & Beyond will use reasonable care in operating the marketplace. Independent providers remain responsible for the tourism services they supply, subject to the contractual arrangements and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Prague & Beyond Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the types of information collected and how information may be used, shared, protected and retained.

14. Support, Booking Issues and Complaints

If you have a problem with an account, booking, payment, cancellation or marketplace service, contact Prague & Beyond support with enough information to identify the issue. Depending on the issue, we may need to coordinate with the relevant service provider or payment provider.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Prague & Beyond develops, its marketplace services change, or legal requirements require an update. The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the platform or another suitable method.
